Beijing: Peking Duck

When in Beijing, you MUST try the Peking Duck.  There was a street full of restaurants near our hotel.  We walked down and found the first restaurant with the best looking menu.
We ordered three appetizers.  These were salmon/cucumber rolls.  They had pink "poprocks" on top of them.
Seafood Kebabs.  Delicious!  We also ordered spring rolls but I forgot to take a picture of those.
Then...this man comes walking out to our table with the entire duck...and begins cutting it right next to our table!
Finished product.  My mouth is watering just remembering how delicious this was!
The kind, English-speaking manager showed us how it is done.  Take the "pancakes" which are more like a tortilla/wrap and fill with some vegetables.  Dip your meat in one of three types of sauces.  Put in pancake, wrap, and enjoy.
When we walked out, we walked out a different way from the way we came in.  We saw these ducks in the window by the kitchen!
Then, we saw this nice glassed in area with trees and wildlife.  Here is a nice pigeon.
Woah, woah, woah...wait a minute!  There were ducks in there too...  OMG...this was our dinner!  That was probably the freshest meat I have ever eaten in my life...and the tastiest!
